Do I really need an API key to translate my site automatically?
No. Divi Translate ships with two free translation engines — Google Translate (Free) and MyMemory — that work with zero configuration, no account, and no API key of any kind.
Can I correct a translation I don't like?
Yes — that's the whole point. Open the Translation Manager, search for the string, edit it and save. Your correction is used everywhere that exact string appears, forever, until you choose to reset it.
Will this slow down my website?
Pages in your default language are never touched. A translated page is only translated live the very first time it's requested in that language; every string is then cached and served instantly afterwards. You can also pre-translate your whole site ahead of time from the Tools tab.
Does it work with Divi, and with other themes?
